Some owners of 2007-2014 Cadillac Escalades, Chevy Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban or Tahoe, GMC Sierra or Yukon or Hummer H2 vehicles may complain of an SES light and constant engine misfire. In some cases, they may also complain of an engine tick/knock noise.
This bulletin applies to 2012-2013 Cadillac Escalades, Escalade ESV and Escalade EXT, in addition to Chevy Avalanche, Express, Silverado 1500, Suburban and Tahoe, and GMC Savana, Sierra 1500, Sierra Denali and Yukon.
Some owners of 2013 Cadillac Escalade AWD vehicles may complain that the power liftgate is inoperative from all switches and the keyless entry transmitter only with the ignition in the off position. If the ignition switch is in the accessory or run position, the liftgate will operate.
This bulletin applies to 2007-2011 Cadillac DTS models. Some customers may comment that cruise control will not engage or will not stay engaged, and there may be no DTCs. Scan tool cruise disengage history is “Brake.” This condition may occur due to a faulty brake pressure sensor, located in the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV).

Some owners of 2014 Cadillac CTS sedans may comment that the power driver seat is inoperative. They may also complain that the power outside mirror is inoperative. Do not replace the memory seat module (MSM) for this concern.
Owners of 2010 Cadillac CTS vehicles may comment about a slight rock/move forward or rearward while in Park at start-up after a cold soak. This condition may be accompanied by a clunk noise. This is a slight movement that is more often seen rather than felt when viewed from the outside and using the auto-start feature, if so equipped.
This bulletin applies to 2012-2014 Cadillac Escalade models. The SES MIL may be on, with DTC P057C and/or P057D stored, or cruise and brake light operation service stability message with DTC C0161 and C0277. Other issues may include reduced engine power with no DTCs (brake pedal override) and/or unwanted grade braking.
This bulletin applies to 2012-2014 Cadillac Escalade models. Some owners may comment on unwanted grade braking when not driving down a grade, reduced/low engine power with no DIC messages or DTCs present, and/or busy or frequent transmission up and down shifts with no DTCs.
