This bulletin applies to 2016 Jeep Patriot vehicles built between September 14 and 18, 2016. Some fuel filler tubes may have an issue with the fuel fill cap thread specification.
This bulletin applies to 2011-2012 Jeep Wranglers built before Feb. 16, 2012, and equipped with the Premium Security Alarm option. The customer may complain that the theft alarm siren turns on for no apparent reason. Updating the intrusion module (ITM) will improve the sensor stability which will make it less sensitive to movement.
This bulletin applies to 2011-2012 Jeep Durango and Grand Cherokee vehicles. A clunk and/or bump may be felt through the steering wheel under moderate braking and/or driving over rough roads.
This bulletin applies to 2012 Jeep Wrangler vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine. The MIL may be on, with DTC P0108 (manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit high) set active or stored.
This bulletin applies to 2012-2013 Jeep Compass and Patriot vehicles. A clicking or rubbing noise may be heard from the rear wheels at low speeds.
This bulletin applies to 2011-2012 Jeep Liberty vehicles. The customer may notice the rear door lock knobs shuddering, vibrating or rattling when actuating the power door locks or remote key fob. This may be intermittent and does not affect the manual function of the locking system.
This bulletin applies to 2015 Jeep Renegade vehicles built on or before Sept. 30, 2015, and equipped with a 9-speed 948TE transmission. Some customers may experience a condition where the vehicle will not shift out of Park while the engine is running at idle and the brake pedal is applied.
This bulletin applies to 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles built between March 2, 2014, and April 24, 2014. Some vehicles may have been built with loose front half shaft boot clamps.
This bulletin applies to 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with a 5.7L or 3.6L engine, built on or after Nov. 16, 2014, and on or before Jan. 17, 2015. The customer may experience a MIL on while driving.
This bulletin applies to 2011 Jeep Compass/Patriot vehicles that are not equipped with air conditioning. The technician may find DTC P0533 (A/C pressure sensor circuit high is set in the PCM).
