This bulletin applies to 2013-2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles, built on or after June 8, 2013, with a rear rattling noise complaint. The rear brake caliper adapter mounting bolts may contact the brake shield, possibly because the bolts are too long.
This bulletin applies to 2015-2017 Chevy City Express vans. Some customers may comment on a clicking noise originating from the front axle area during takeoff/acceleration. This may simply be due to a lack of grease on the hub bearing surface.

This bulletin applies to 2015-2017 Dodge Challenger and Charger vehicles equipped with an Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle. The customer may complain about an axle groan/moan/rubbing/thumping/shudder noise during tight parking lot maneuvers.
This bulletin applies to 2018 Cadillac ATS, CT6 and CTS models equipped with a 2.0L engine. On some vehicles, an electrical connection in the circuit board may fail in the engine control module (ECM). If this occurs, the MIL/Check Engine light may illuminate.
Some 2011-2012 Ford Mustangs (excluding Boss) built on or before 3/31/2011 and equipped with a 5.0L engine may exhibit an intermittent metallic rattle or scratching type noise in the area at the front of the left cylinder head at idle with the engine at operating temperature. This is not described as a typical upper engine tick or tapping noise.
On some 2014-2017 Chevy Corvette models, cracks on the top surface of the left fuel tank fuel pump module flange may cause a fuel odor or a loss of fuel on the ground. A check engine light may illuminate if the fuel tank is less than half full.
Some 2013 Ford F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with a 6.2L diesel engine and built on or before 2/21/2013 may exhibit an illuminated red brake warning indicator, with DTC C101A:62 (vacuum pressure sensor signal error) in the ABS module.
This bulletin applies to 2016 Cadillac SRX vehicles. In “rare instances,” SRX models equipped with a power liftgate may have a condition in which the liftgate support strut may detach from the liftgate if contacted by an external force.
