Some 2011-2014 Ford Mustangs may exhibit a grunt/squeak/creak/chirp noise from the front lower control arm hydro bushing. These noises may occur over large vertical bumps such as speed bumps, pot holes, rough roads and driveway approaches.
This bulletin involves 2015-2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, CTS, CT6 and XTS vehicles. A snapping or ticking noise at the harmonic balancer may be heard, or sparks may be observed at the balancer.
Some 2013 Ford F-150 trucks built on or before 9/18/2012 and equipped with a 3.5L gasoline turbocharged direct injection (GTDI) Ecoboost engine may exhibit an intermittent stumble and/or misfire on hard acceleration after an extended drive at highway speeds during high humid or damp conditions.
This bulletin applies to 2013-2014 Chrysler Grand Voyager/Town and Country vehicles, built on or after Dec. 6, 2012, and on or before April 30, 2014. A rattle noise may be heard that sounds like metal against metal, coming from the right rear sliding door area while driving over bumps.
Owners of 2005-2012 GMC Canyon vehicles may comment on excessive or annoying blower motor noise on the low fan speed. Sounds may include ticking, chirping, clicking or whirring.
This bulletin applies to 2005-2013 Chevy Corvettes (including Z08). The check engine light may be on, with DTC P0171 and/or P0174 set in history or current. If air flow to the air intake/air cleaner assembly is disturbed, these DTCs may be induced.
Some 2011 and 2012 Ford Flex vehicles built on or after 9/1/2010 and equipped with dual engine cooling fans may exhibit a lack of air conditioner performance while the vehicle is stationary or moving at slow speeds and/or an overheat condition. DTCs P0217, P1299 and P1285 may be present.
Owners of 2008-2012 Buick Enclave vehicles may comment about a squeak or rattle noise from the steering column area.
This bulletin applies to 2010-2012 Chevy Express and 2011-2012 Silverado 2500HD/3500 series trucks equipped with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Some vehicles were involved in a mid-year change. Some may have been built with a flywheel housing that uses two different style seals (left side and right side seals are different).
This bulletin applies to 2007-2013 GMC Yukon and Denali vehicles. A power steering fluid leak may be found from the power steering hose connection at the steering rack.
