Stone Hits Cause YAW Code

This bulletin applies to 2015-2019 Cadillac Escalade as well as other select GM vehicles equipped with Stabilitrak. Some customers may comment about a Service Stabilitrak message displayed on the driver information center. The technician may find DTC C0196-5A set in the EBCM.

Finicky Caddy

This bulletin applies to 2015-2019 Cadillac Escalade vehicles where a no-crank/start with immediate stall condition exists. Also, the engine may stay running with the ignition off until the door is opened.

Caddy Recall

Certain 2015-2017 Cadillac Escalade vehicles have been recalled due to loss of vacuum.

Caddy Radiator Leaks

Owners of 2015-2016 Cadillac Escalade vehicles may comment that they smell coolant while driving or when outside of the vehicle. A coolant leak may be found under the front of the vehicle.

Caddy Fuel Pressure

This bulletin applies to 2015-2018 Cadillac Escalade vehicles equipped with a 6.2L engine. The SES lamp may be illuminated. DTCs P2635, U0074 and/or U18A2 may be set.

Module Damage Caution

The bulletin discusses module damage from incorrect AFIT usage on GM vehicles equipped with direct fuel injection.

Cat Replacement Caution

Hot LT Engine

This bulletin applies to 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V and 2015-2019 Escalade vehicles equipped with a 6.2L LT4 or L86 engine. A vehicle may have a concern of the engine running hot and/or has a tick noise from the thermostat.

Modifications Can Cause Codes

Some owners of 2007-2019 Chevy Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban or Tahoe vehicles, GMC Sierra and Yukon vehicles and Cadillac Escalades may comment on unwanted Stability Activation and/or a Service Stability message.
