This bulletin applies to 2013-2014 Chrysler Grand Voyager/Town and Country vehicles, built on or after Dec. 6, 2012, and on or before April 30, 2014. A rattle noise may be heard that sounds like metal against metal, coming from the right rear sliding door area while driving over bumps.

Blind Spot Bug

This bulletin applies to 2013 Chrysler Grand Voyager/Town and Country vehicles built between April 22, 2012, and Dec. 22, 2012, equipped with Blind Spot and Cross Path Detection.

Reflash Instead of Replace

This bulletin applies to 2012 Chrysler Grand Voyager and Town and Country vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine and built before June 25, 2012. With the MIL on, the technician may find DTC P0108 (manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit high) has been set active or stored.

Start-No-Start

Some owners of 2011-2012 Chrysler Grand Voyager/Town and Country vehicles equipped with steering column shaft lock built before April 4, 2012, or RT vehicles equipped with a steering column lock shaft collar built before April 13, 2012, may experience an intermittent no-start condition.

Switches Switched

Some 2014 Chrysler Town & Country vehicles were assembled using the wrong Non Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) left-side steering wheel switch. This applies to vehicles built on or before Oct. 29, 2013, that are not equipped with an Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC).

Town & Country No-Start

Some owners of 2011-2012 Chrysler Town & Country vehicles may experience an intermittent no-start condition. Upon further investigation the technician may also find DTC B2224 (SKREEM) Sentry Key Remote Entry Module Internal or U0236 (Lost Communication with Column Lock Module) has been set (active or stored).

A No-Win Situation

This bulletin applies to 2010 Chrysler Town and Country vehicles equipped with a 3.3L engine, equipped with a steering column locking slip collar. A no-start condition, accompanied by inability to remove the key fob, may occur when the battery dies.

Chrysler Too Tight Woes

Owners of 2010 Chrysler Town & Country/Grand Caravan vehicles may experience an ETC light illumination. The technician may find DTC P2122 (accelerator pedal position sensor 1 circuit low) and/or P2127 (accelerator pedal position sensor 2 circuit low). This condition could be caused by the wiring to the APP sensor being held too tight, causing the wiring to become loose.

A Snappy Issue

This bulletin applies to a host of Chrysler models including 2001-2004 Sebring, 2002-2004 Jeep Liberty, 2003-2004 Dodge Neon, 2001-2004 PT Cruiser/Town & Country/Caravan/Voyager and 2003-2004 Jeep Wrangler, equipped with a 2.0L, 2.4L DOHC or 2.4L turbo engine.
