Lincoln Navigator

Too Darned Cold

Some 2015-2016 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L gasoline turbocharged direct injection (GTDI) engine may exhibit a hard-to-start or no-start condition after using the block heater when temperatures are below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

Non-functional Ford

Ford has issued a recall for certain 2019 Mustang, Lincoln Nautilus and Navigator vehicles. At vehicle start-up, the instrument panel cluster assembly (IPC) may not function, showing a blank display.

Ford Window Module Recall

Ford has recalled certain 2018 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The second row window control modules may intermittently stop the movement of the power window.

Coolant Leak at Rear

Some 2018 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition vehicles built on or before Sept. 5, 2018, may exhibit an overheating condition, low antifreeze/coolant, and/or a coolant leak at the rear of the vehicle.

Cracked Lincoln Skirt

Some 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine with greater than 20,000 miles may exhibit a tick type noise from the cylinder block area. This noise may be caused by a cracked piston skirt.

EcoBoost Oil Use

Some 2017-2018 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on or before July 13, 2018, may exhibit DTC P0365 and/or P0369, along with excessive oil consumption.

Parking Sensor Issue

This bulletin applies to 2017-2019 Lincoln Continental, 2019 Nautilus, 2015-2019 MKC, MKT and MKZ, 2015-2018 MKX and 2015-2019 Navigator models.  Some vehicles may experience front or rear park aid sensor false alerts with no diagnostic trouble codes present.

Remote Repair

Some 2012-2013 Lincoln Navigator vehicles built 9/1/2011 through 12/1/2012 and only equipped with an integrated keyhead transmitter (IKT) may exhibit intermittent inoperative operation of the IKT remote functions.
