Toyota Says Highlander May Squeak

Some 2014-2019 Toyota Highlander and Highlander HV vehicles may exhibit an abnormal squeak, squawk or groan type noise from the rear suspension when traveling over uneven roads or when the vehicle comes to a complete stop.

Cam Sensor Leaks

This bulletin applies to 2017-2018 Toyota Highlander and Sienna, 2018 Camry and 2016-1028 Tacoma models. Some vehicles equipped with a 2GR-FKS 3.5L engine may exhibit an engine oil leak from the cam sensor bolt holes. The flange bolts and the camshaft housings have been changed to address the issue.
