Some 2013-2019 Ford F-Super Duty trucks equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P2074 stored in the PCM. This may simply be due to a dirty air filter.

Replace the filter if necessary. Do not replace the PCM or MAF sensor for this concern. Perform a MAF parameter reset under Toolbox>Powertrain>Service Functions>Reset/Clear Specified Functions>Reset/Clear functions>MAF sensor.
