Some 2011-2013 Lincoln MKX vehicles built on or before Jan. 23, 2013, may exhibit an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) or advanced track light warning lamp on, with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P193C and U0401. The concern often occurs when shifting gears or when the engine is idling for long periods with the air conditioning system on.
Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 83.01 and higher.
