This bulletin applies to 2011-2015 Chevy Spark EV vehicles. Some customers may state that they are unable to charge the hybrid battery and the MIL is on. DTC P16C1 or P16C2 may be set as current or history in the BCCM (battery charging control module).
If you experience this concern, update the BCCM with the latest software in TIS-2-Web. If you experience a concern while programming the BCCM, contact Techline support at 800-828-6860.
