Lighting Up Mercedes Garage Door Opener

Owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with a garage door opener may experience the LED light no longer visible at the bottom of the rearview mirror. Evidence suggests that customers may be pushing the LED or garage door buttons with excessive force to the point where the LED and buttons get dislodged from their mountings. Inform the customer of the difference between buttons and the LED.

The LED is not to be pressed, and the garage door buttons are not to be depressed with too much force. In some cases, the LED can be pulled back from the housing. You can use a small pick or needle and carefully pull the buttons or LED back into place.
