Cadillac Changes Its Mind

This bulletin applies to 2018-2019 Cadillac CTS vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine. 

Some customers may comment that the ride control mode will not extend over ignition cycle from sport mode, and defaults to tour mode. 

The cause may be an ECM calibration error. Reprogram the ECM.
