Chrysler Recalls Certain Ram 1500 Trucks Due to Overheating

Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 Ram 1500 trucks equipped with a 48v auxiliary battery system located behind the rear seat.

Due to an incorrect assembly repair process, the auxiliary battery wire terminal connection may overheat. If this system overheats, there is an increased risk of a fire within the cabin even if the ignition is off.
