Dodge Ram Develops a Bleeder

This bulletin involves inspecting the thermostat housing bleed screw on 2016 Ram 1500 trucks.

Inspect the thermostat housing bleed screw for visible leaks. If leaks are found, remove the throttle body assembly to gain access. Tighten the bleed screw to 26 in-lbs (3 Nm). If the bleed screw still leaks or cannot achieve the specified torque, the thermostat housing and bleed screw must be replaced. A new thermostat housing (with bleed screw) is available as P/N 04893865AB. The gasket is P/N 53032763AA.
